As spring returns and all things begin anew, the 2020 Annual Business Work Summary Meeting of Beijing Nenggao Pukang Measurement & Control Technology Co., Ltd. was held on February 5 at Pukang Measurement & Control's Beijing conference room in a hybrid format of on-site + video conference. All employees gathered together to summarize experience, commend achievements, and jointly plan for new development.

At the meeting, General Manager Liu Zhan first delivered a report entitled "2020 Work Summary and 2021 Work Objectives". The report comprehensively elaborated on Pukang Measurement & Control's achievements, existing problems, and specific measures to address them in 2020 from four aspects: operations, marketing, R&D and delivery, and risk control and functional departments. He also put forward new requirements for all employees and announced the work objectives for 2021. Liu Zhan affirmed the efforts made by all employees and the remarkable achievements attained in the past year. In 2020, amid the pandemic, the company withstood the test and overcame numerous difficulties. While strictly ensuring safe production, it persisted in providing customers with the highest quality and most reliable services. Forged through trials and hardships, Pukang has adhered to its values and work principles, knowing what to do and what not to do, and has cultivated an outstanding team. It has delivered multiple industry benchmark projects in Pingding, Taigu, Shanwei and other locations. The large-scale application of fiber Bragg grating blade condition monitoring systems and ultrasonic bolt condition monitoring systems, along with excellent product and service delivery capabilities and quality, has made Pukang a dark horse in the wind power PHM sector in 2020, winning praise and trust from numerous customers.

People-oriented development and building a high-standard human resources system is one of the core factors for Pukang Measurement & Control to become a high-end technical service consulting firm. Ensuring that outstanding employees who create value for the company receive due honors and rewards is an important part of the values and behavioral principles that Pukang has always upheld. At the meeting, the company commended employees who made outstanding contributions in 2020. Five employees — Liu Hengyu, Ma Dong, Wang Wenliang, Mou Cheng, and Zhang Zhenzhen — received the "2020 Outstanding Employee Award," and six employees — Zhao Ming, Wu Guishui, Lian Qiang, Chen Zhengang, Yao Shunyu, and Li Wenmin — received the "2020 Corporate Culture Award." The awardees include innovators who broke through major technical difficulties, outstanding employees who excelled in their work, new hires who performed exceptionally well during their probation period, and middle managers who led their teams to achieve remarkable results.

The signing of the 2021 Target Responsibility Letter was an important segment of the meeting. On behalf of the company, General Manager Liu Zhan signed the 2021 "Annual Target Responsibility Letter" of Pukang Measurement & Control with the company's shareholders, and Marketing Director Wu Xingchen signed the 2021 "Annual Target Responsibility Letter" for the Marketing Center.

Finally, General Manager Liu Zhan promoted corporate culture to all employees attending the meeting. After the morning meeting, colleagues from the Comprehensive Department prepared an annual gala themed "Full of Vigor · Rich in Festive Spirit" for everyone. The event was filled with vibrant energy, featuring colorful talent shows, surprise-filled lucky draws, and a red envelope rain that excited the whole audience. Colleagues who could not attend on-site due to the pandemic and project schedules also sent New Year greetings and wonderful performances via remote video.
