ICMS is based on holographic condition awareness of vibration, stress, displacement, inclination, oil quality, and environmental parameters. Leveraging data integration and big data analytics, combined with wind turbine design and modeling/simulation technologies, it has established a health management system covering the entire life cycle of wind turbines. This system enables online detection and real-time diagnosis of major wind turbine components (such as transmission chains, blades, towers, lubrication systems, and multi-component coupling links) and systems, integrating data analysis with service performance prediction to provide predictive maintenance services, significantly improving the reliability and cost-effectiveness of equipment operation.
